Considering that the ''Halo Wars'' Elephant acts more like an armoured personnel carrier than a recovery vehicle, I suggest that we rename this article to reflect that. I don't believe there's a source for it being designated "Heavy Recovery Vehicle", so we could probably call it the "M312 armored personnel carrier" (in lowercase, because it's not official) or "M312 Elephant".--[[User talk:The All-knowing Sith'ari|The All-knowing Sith'ari]] 12:35, 1 September 2011 (EDT) | Considering that the ''Halo Wars'' Elephant acts more like an armoured personnel carrier than a recovery vehicle, I suggest that we rename this article to reflect that. Possible rename?
Considering that the Halo Wars Elephant acts more like an armoured personnel carrier than a recovery vehicle, I suggest that we rename this article to reflect that. I don't believe there's a source for it being designated "Heavy Recovery Vehicle", so we could probably call it the "M312 armored personnel carrier" (in lowercase, because it's not official) or "M312 Elephant".--The All-knowing Sith'ari 12:35, 1 September 2011 (EDT)
- Actually, it does refer the Halo Wars variant as the M312 HRV.— subtank 12:39, 1 September 2011 (EDT)
- I also agree with Subtank on this. The Halo: The Essential Visual Guide is the source of this information. Therefore, I say this should remain the way it is. I see no logic in changing it to something that isn't official and has already been decided by Halo's respective creators. Xamikaze330 13:15, 1 September 2011 (EDT)Xamikaze330
