| Corporal Perez was a [[UNSC]] soldier from the [[405th Marine Infantry Division]], "A" company deployed in [[New Mombasa]] during the [[Covenant]] invasion of [[Earth]]. He briefed the [[Master Chief]] on the grave situation his men were in, and escorted MC to his superior officer [[Sergeant Banks]]. He was later captured by the [[Arbiter]], and unless saved, is killed in the final level by [[Tartarus]]' forces.
