:I'm reading the first edition of the encyclopedia and it states the same. However, the wording suggests that the People's Occupation Government is in fact another name for the Secessionist Union, suggesting that the latter is the proper term for the organization. {{User:Helianthus/Sig}} | |||

The Halo Encyclopedia states that the Secessionist Union is just another name for the People's Occupation Government (page 44 of the 2011 edition, for reference).
