Why isnt Rtas 'Vadum even mentioned in the books halo glasslands or halo the thursday war? Why isnt Rtas 'Vadum even mentioned in the books halo glasslands or halo the thursday war? I mean come on, he is one of the most important elite figures in halo 3 besides the arbiter himself and the general of the elites rebel army, he should at least be mentioned.
