-Follow the instructions for the Black Eye skull, but instead of going up the Control Room, walk all the way behind it and over the hill. From there it is possible to get nearly anywhere on the island, out of range of a Banshee.
+Before you go into the control chamber, you must fly down and hijack a wraith tank. Then drive it over through the water and to the sides of the mountain, it is a little hard to climb but not with the use of a few boosts!
