Summary
Petty Warrant Officer Shiela Polaski appeared in Halo: First Strike. She was a member of the 23rd Naval Air Squadron. She was the pilot of a Pelican that managed to escape the explosion of Installation 04, carrying Sergeant Johnson, Corporal Locklear the Helljumper, and First Lieutenant Elias Haverson of ONI with her. They meet up with the Master Chief aboard his Longsword fighter, and there she learned to operate a covenant dropship docked there. She had a budding romance with locklear that ended when she was killed along with Li-008 and Anton-044 while repairing a damaged section of the Ascendant Justice while in slipspace.
