If you zoom in and look at a Rocket Launcher it says "M41 SSV MAV/AW" or something like that. And I believe it is only the type of rockets not the rocket launcher itself that is termed "SPNKr". It does say clearly M41 SSR SPNKr
Change Name!

Against - In the Halo PC manual, it's clearly called the M19 SSR Rocket Launcher. Oh...wait...it's SSR...ahh...but there's no M41 designation...I think that's the M12 Warthog LRV's LAAG.
