After you smashed down the first vehicle barrier, you should end up on a highway, with a [[Covenant Cruiser]] flying over your head, while some male officer informs [[Miranda Keyes]] that 'they found it'. When you look to your left you will see a pipeline running along the highway. Jump on it and look to your left again. Jump down to the ground below and walk away from the highway.
