Tim Pherson was an Office of Naval Intelligence scientist stationed at Ivanoff Station sometime between December 2554 and July 2557. He examined several artifacts recovered from Installation 03, including its Activation Index.[1]
He likely died when the Didact activated the Composer on Ivanoff Station, though he could be heard broadcasting instructions to various lifeboat stations as the raid continued.[2]
