Two suspected 1.1 Spartans need to be noted. The guy leading the Spartans in Halo Wars is almost certainly both a hook to explain something of the Master Chief's history and origin, and a Spartan 1.1 in his own right.
The other one is Sergeant Avery Johnson. Between his surviving Boren's Syndrome and it being enough to make him as immune to Flood as any Hunter out there, to say nothing of his other noted superiorities over other Marines and interesting personality quirks, the circumstantial evidence is fairly strong.
