Another name?

The MAC on the Pillar of Autumn was described as a shredder round, but wasn't actually called a MAC Shredder round. So it should either be edited or removed, but I don't know what to edit as. XRoadToDawnX 23:09, 13 May 2008 (UTC)

Illeagalized in warfare

isn't the real world varrient, frangible ammunition also illegalized by the geneva convention or something like that, I didn't add it becuase i wasn't sure. Laghing rabt 04:19, November 26, 2009 (UTC)

No. Frangible ammunition isn't even used in combat; upon impact with flesh they act like very light FMJ rounds and will have little effect on a target determined to kill you. Frangible is used for training. "Dum-Dum" bullets are defined today as any soft point (and sometimes hollow point) projectile, in homage to the original Dum-Dum bullet produced at the arsenal somewhere in India; these are prohibited by the 1899 Hague convention, not the Geneva.
