I don't think it can be considered 'official', but at Halo Fest, I ran into the sign's creator, Dave Candland, and asked him about HiNOS among others. His thoughts at the time the sign was made was that HiNOS had something to do with photography, maybe selling cameras or lenses. Not sure it belongs in trivia, but thought it worth a mention on the Talk page. ScaleMaster117 (talk) 13:29, 19 June 2013 (EDT)
