In some levels, i noticed some splotchey designs on the walls. Usually where these splotchey designs on the wall are, on a wall near them the splotches form together to create what looks like a picture. On the level Regret, when you reach the main temple (the one that the Prophet is in) if you look under the ramp that leads into the temple, there seems to be a picture that looks like a prophets head. In Quarintine Zone, when you ride the gondala into the Library, if you jump onto the slanted beam at the back of the gondala and walk up it, i saw what looked like a picture of a drone's head. And I also noticed in the bleachers type area in the first room of High Charity when you first arrive, if you look at the wall opposite the centre red door up there, it looks like another prophets head i think. This ones already known but you can see a grunt and dog head on the gate in Zanzibar. In other levels, maybe there are more 'secret' heads to find in the patterns on the wall.
