Augur was a religious position in the Covenant. Augurs were known to be tasked with divining and unlocking holy secrets from Forerunner artifacts. Undiminished Entelechy boasted multiple augurs who, working from the ship's control center, attempted to learn the secrets of Installation 04 upon its discovery.[1]
