Template:New Content UNSC Human Resources is a department of the United Nations Space Command. Not much is known about it other than it has a subdivision, known as Occupational Personality Testing which is headed by Dr. Miriam Baxendale.

The department and it's subdivision were responsible for the testing and recommendations for members of Kilo-Five.[1]
