I believe that the Swiftsure was present for the Battle of Miridem in 2544, why else would Tursk report Halsey's capture? - EpicZealot1239

It would be best if you did it yourself, even if it's through trial and error with use of the preview function. You should try to accustom yourself to every aspect of wiki editing as much as you can. I concur with Helianthus. If you need an example for how to set up the notes, the Ur-Didact article has notes. Basically it should look like this in the editing box:
