This article looks like it's been written by a MONKEY COMMANDO, no offense. It must be revised, cuz' I will not do it for fear of screwin' it up even more. By the way, I'm a n00b when it come to editing stuff.

My theory on this is that it s not a glitch, but more of an Easter Egg. You see, when you melee the Elite in the back, you might not be killing him, but paralysing him. I got the idea because enemies which don't have a spine (Hunters or Sentienels) don't die from back melees. So, since the Elite is still alive, his shields still work. I don't see how that makes it an Easter Egg.

On an unrelated note, I may have accidentally replicated this glitch in Halo 3, except it was with a Spartan on Multiplayer. I'll look into it when I have the time and try to deduce what causes it in this case. [[User talk:Oresus|Oresus]] 07:37, August 9, 2010 (UTC)

Theory[edit]

Oresus 07:37, August 9, 2010 (UTC)
