The Relic Medal was an award given to floatfighting participants in the Refuge. The medal was given to those that showed admirable skill in floatfight matches. The Relic Medal was presented by the kaidon of the Refuge. At some point prior to 2552, Kaidon Bal'Tol 'Xellus gave the Relic Medal to floatfighter Norzessa, who had impressed the kaidon with his energy and resourcefulness in the Combat Section. Norzessa was allowed to don the medal for an entire Refuge year.[1]
