Kolby

Commander Kolby is a Sky Marshal astro-ranger in the Unified Nations Security Confederation. During the Final War, he led a battalion of 300 Sky Marshals in a desperate raid on the Project: PERPETUA factory complex on Luna, which had been occupied by the Covenant. Kolby's mission, which would likely have major ramifications for the Final War's outcome, was to either capture the SCS Perpetua, a one-of-a-kind UNSC zeppelin that the Covenant had augmented and were preparing to turn against humanity, or destroy it by detonating its atomic reactor.
