Doctor Kelvin was a human pediatrician on Sansar.[1]

Biography

After Naomi-010 was kidnapped by ONI her clone was found at a bus station in New Stockholm and brought to New Stockholm hospital where she was examined by Dr. Kelvin. When asked by Staffan Sentzke if they'd given her any drugs, he said no that she was not agitated and wasn't injured. He found that odd since she didn't remember how she got to the bus stop. He informed her parents that they ran a tox-screen which came back negative. He told them to keep an eye on her for the next few days, and that he would be referring her to a specialist, being that the memory loss concerned him the most.[2]
