On Halopedia we only sign our edits when posting on the Talk pages. To sign your edit just put the following code after your post -- ~~~~. Then when you press the "Save Page" button Halopedia will convert the -- ~~~~ to YOUR user name and the time and date you posted.
Customizing Signatures
If you want you can customize your signature by editing your preferences. First click on the "my preferences" link at the very top of the page. On the User Profile tab enter your custom signature in the "Nickname" box and save. Below is an example of custom signature:

How to Implement the Sig
- Go to Special:Preferences
- Put the code for the desired signature in the "Nickname" field
- Check "Raw signature (without automatic link)"
- Save your Preferences
