Emergency Contact Protocol Upsilon also known as Emergency biohazard response UPSILON, is a protocol used to limit Flood expansion and initiate full quarantine. All Unified Earth Government and United Nations Space Command rules of engagement are suspended during the duration of the containment.[1]
