Deep Space Research Array

The Deep Space Research Array was a research facility that opened in 2498 by Arcadia.
It was made to research large space-based objects such as black holes, or objects where vessels couldn't normally go to. The facility was ultimately destroyed in 2531 by the Covenant.[1]
