Council of Kaidons

The grand council of Kaidons is an advisory body of kaidons that lead the Swords of Sanghelios throughout the Blooding Years. It is believed that after the defeat of the Covenant that this august body, lead by the Arbiter will forge a new path for the Sangheili.[citation needed]
