The Phantoms before they land.
When you start out on the level The Arbiter turn around and zoom in. Then watch the Phantoms, shortly after they disappear into the clouds they will spin out of control downward. One of them even hits the platform.
I saw, the phantom which hit the platformeven stop in mid air after falling quite a distance.
