Template:Character Infobox Doctor Dennis Russell was a human scientist of the UNSC Navy in the post-war years.

Biography

At some point Dr. Russell and a group of scientists were captured by the Covenant remnant, and were forced to attempt to get the Harvester back online. They were unable to because the power supply had been destroyed.[1]
