Summary
Kelly, or Spartan 087, is a Spartan-II, one of the few who survived the Fall of Reach. She acted as Fredric-104's second in command following the apparent death of Joshua-029. She is the fastest of the spartans, and it has been commented that she is almost uncathcable while running. "If Kelly didnt want anyone to catch her, they wouldn't catch her."
