Summary
Kelly, or Spartan 087, is a Spartan-II, one of the few who survived the Fall of Reach. She acted as Fredric-104's second in command following the apparent death of Joshua-029.
She was severly wounded in a Covenant attack and was sedated. While under sedation, Dr. Halsey stole a small ship and entered Slipspace with her onboard. Her current whereabouts are unknown and she is listed as MIA.
