Where does it say in canon that the owner must be ''killed'' in order for the lace to be removed? The only instance of a lace being removed resulted in the death of the officer to be sure, but I would hope one wouldn't argue that that was a typical situation. Where does it say in canon that the owner must be killed in order for the lace to be removed? The only instance of a lace being removed resulted in the death of the officer to be sure, but I would hope one wouldn't argue that that was a typical situation. Lord Hyren 07:25, 9 May 2009 (UTC)
