On Halo Waypoint, the Say My Name is shown to be one of the cruisers in the fleet commanded by Admiral [[Harper]]. I doubt that there would be two admirals within the same fleet. :A Fleet is a composite unit comprised of numerous Task Forces and Battlegroups, all of which are commanded by junior-ranking Admirals (i.e. Vice Admiral, Rear Admiral, etc.).
