The schism took away resources and they had to scavenge for anything they could find, like the Abiding Truth. @Alex, S331: The campaign levels, while being smaller in number, may in fact be longer than the previous games. Reach, for instance was quick, especially [[Nightfall_forklift_glitch|Nightfall]]. In contrast, Halo 4 may have campaign missions that last 10-30 minutes longer (being realistic).
