| I was thinking of two possible ranks for the CoH. One is a fleet master, below Supreme commander, but above Zealot. My other is an Arbiter. I recently read the defition, which is a person that is selected to settle conflicts between 2 people in a neutral fashion. It could be the lowest, but one of the most important ranks in the CoH, like if 2 people have a disagreement over an article that does not exist, the Arbiter will settle the conflict.
