:Remember that the title of Arbiter was tainted by the Covenant into the role of a disgraced Sangheili willing to be a slave to the Prophets' will in the hopes that he would be killed and that they may very well thank him for it. It's degrading to think that you should be sent to certain death (technically an execution) so that you could get into your (now) enemies' good books.
