3-team CTF?[edit]
Is it possible to have a capture the flag match with 3 or more teams in halo 3?--Image:Marcopolo47 signature new.jpg (Talk) (Contr.) 04:46, 30 July 2009 (UTC)
i know and frequently employ another tactic for takeing the flag that has nearly always worked for me
Designate one player as the hide'er. Then, draw the enamy to your base. dureing the fighting to defend your own base, another player and the hider head on seperate mongoses for the enamy base. The second player takes the flag and atemps to stealth back to base, or get as close as possible. If he succeeds, or the flag is returned, the hider moves out, takes the flag and imediately heads for base. This will nearly always work on base oriented maps as the confusion generated from two consecutive flag captures generaly leaves players unable to mount a defense or counter offensive. ((this tactic is best exploited on Avalanche, as most people rarely return to the base exept for vehicals due to the lack of ammo and the forward spwn points)
