About the Pictured Device

Okay, I feel this should be addressed. As I have already linked this image to the Edward Davis article, we need to figure if the present filename remains, or if it should be moved to an alternate filename, something like "File:HSA-ForerunnerDevice.jpg" or somesuch. But while on this subject, is it possible someone could speak to 343 Industries and somehow a get a positive ID on this screenshot?
