I haven't been able to play the game yet, only watch a playthrough of the campaign. Do the audio data logs make it explicit that it's the Gravemind's logic plague causing Cortana's radical shift? Given how some of Cortana's final words in ''Halo 4'' are, "Most of me is down there," Domain!Cortana is almost certainly an almagamation of the original's rampant personality fragments, logic plague or not. You can wave it away as mere writing style if you like, but my interpretation is of the literal sense. Cortana isn't 'in love' with Master Chief, or vice-versa, but they certain love each other and it is certainly a relationship that extends beyond friendship.
