| ::::Uh, what? How is ripping off a turret non-canon? It's simply pulling it way from either pins or a gravity-beam; it's not like you need to be super-strong. As for the DMR, it wasn't in ODST... With boarding, all the ODST does is jump on back and punch at the engine. Sure, it's hard to believe, but so was a number of other gameplay mechanics that would leave the ODST bloody-fisted. | One of the Trivia's say that one cannot EMP a Banshee to board it. In what game does this apply to, and what gametype? I have been able to EMP and board Banshees in Halo 3, Halo Reach, and Halo 4 (on certain levels in Campaign.) | I think the description for boarding a Mantis needs to leave out whether it is easy or not, as this is a skill highly determinate on the skill of the player attempting to board. Rather, it should focus on tactics to board the Mantis, possibly pointing out advantages to certain tactics. In the hands of a skilled pilot, the Mantis would be incredibly difficult to board; also depending on what tactical package the player is using. Offensive players might not even get anywhere near enough to EMP it, so saying that it's "surprisingly easy" to board is highly subjective.[[User:Ocean Soul|Ocean Soul]] ([[User talk:Ocean Soul|talk]]) 20:54, 25 April 2013 (EDT)
