Sure, but the model is really small and won't look as nice as the current images in that article.

Could you perhaps cut out the background of this image? Just upload the new one over this one.

I've uploaded some new screenshots to my Photobucket gallery. I'll sent you a new note when more are available.

To be fair, I have uploaded more than two hundred screens from Halo 3, Reach and Legends since June. I've rechecked your list of wanted screenshots, and I can probably take and upload several of them during the weekend - Johnson, the Grunt mask and the missile pod from Halo 3; the health pack and demolition charge from ODST; and the jetpack, mounted grenade launcher and Scorpion machine gun from Reach. Is that acceptable for now?

On the Photobucket account, don't worry; I will sent direct links to any screens I uploaded there to you. There's currently nothing up there other than my proposed correction to the Prototype image.

The only cutscene with a head-on view of the Longsword is the ending - would this suffice?

Sorry for the delay; as I've said a few days ago, I've been rather busy with extra studies. I'll try to take new screenshots from ODST and Reach soon - there's no rush, right? As for the foot, I understand that the shadows and dirt makes accurate cropping difficult, but it's certainly not impossible - this is where I think the boundaries should be.

Hey Xamikaze, thanks for putting up a cropped version of the Prototype mech image so quickly. That said, there's three mistakes that I can see: there's an uncropped part of the background next to the mech's right knee, and the right foot is wrong in two places. Half of the triangular protusion has been cropped off along with the background, and the trapezoid gap next to it was cropped improperly.

The left foot was cropped perfectly, so the right one's outline should be the same. Comparing the two should help; if you still have any questions, let me know.

I do have Photoshop CS5.1, but I don't really know how to use anything other than the most basic functions.

That was actually from the poster of the episode; I uploaded a high-res version a few months back, but no one replaced the main Booster Frame image. The new Fred and Kelly images are also from that poster.

All of the Halo Legends screen-caps are from the DVD version; I'm just replacing them with screen-caps from the Blu-ray version. My laptop's native resolution is 1366x768, but I used an HDMI cable and a TV screen to get 1920x1080 screen-caps. Sorry, but I just don't think there's a way to reliably upsize images without quality loss; a professional could probably do it manually, but it would still take a lot of time.

Hey Xamikaze; just noticed the Requiem planet picture - where did you get that image from? Sorry for the delay on the requested images; I've been rather busy with extra studies, but I'll still try to get those done in the near future.

Oh. Ok. :)

Nope, its just an image that I thought would be useful and worth keeping around.

Sorry, I just needed a place to put an image and I know you take in a lot of them.

Yes, I meant that image - it's the only angled shot we've got.

Glad to be of service. Sorry for the delay on the Longsword image; breaching the hard barriers on The Storm was a nightmare. I'm trying to make new panoramas for the Aegis Fate and Long Night of Solace, but again, the barriers are virtually impossible to get through. My summer holiday have just started, so I'll begin to upload new screens from Halo 3: ODST over the next month.

Some notes on your list of wanted screenshots - a "full-body portrait" of Cortana in Halo 3 won't be possible, since she doesn't appear ouside of cutscenes. We do have an angled image of the Halo 2 ODP, even if it's a bit low-res. There's already a good picture for the combat knife, and I've already uploaded pictures of the Pillar of Autumn in both Reach and Anniversary. How's the various "pending, work in progress" (the Moa, Prophet of Truth, and Marathon cruiser images) going so far?

Oh, you mean you want to crop everything out except the TACPAD? I actually want to include Carter as well.

How so? Removing the background wouldn't reduce the image size at all.

That's all of the Reach images, except this one. Do you know how to merge multiple images together in Photoshop to make another image like that? I'll upload the Halo 3 files tomorrow - could you crop this file for me during the wait? Thanks.

The intro/ending cutscenes of Halo 3 and Reach (Arrival, the Chief's eulogy, the post-credits scene, Noble Actual, and the Autumn's arrival at Installation 04) cannot be viewed via Theater, so I really can't improve the quality; we'll have to manage with that cryo-tube picture.

By the way, I've just uploaded a higher-res Constructor image. Could you make a new transparent version from it? Thanks.

I have checked that category last month, and most of the Halo 3/Reach files have been replaced. The rest are from games without Theater, so I can't really do anything about that. Take the Marathon cruiser; the only way to take that image is to use screen capture, so there's no possible way to improve the quality (except for tinkering with Halo 2 Vista, which I don't have). Counting the Epitaph and Marine images, I have 8 files left on my list - I'll try to get those done ASAP.
