Overview

Design details

This suit uses a modular power pack that can be swapped out for a compact fusion reactor, radiothermal generator, or energy cell.[1]

Development history

The custom operating system for the Maverick armor is efficiently coded and highly mutable; few realize that it is an iteration of software that Chalybs Defense Solutions developed for their Covenant War-era Mjolnir suits.[1]

In-game information

Halo 5: Guardians

Maverick was first introduced as an armor set in Halo 5: Guardians. The suit is not a fully-original design, and employs several Halo 4 armor pieces including the Scout shoulders, Inner-plated forearms and Outer-plated legs. The Maverick set has one alternate skin design; Jester, which was implemented in the Battle of Shadow and Light.
