You can still access it here. Just click edit, copy everything and paste it in your User page (don't put it in UserWiki).

Oh, that's easy. Simply move everything from UserWiki to your userpage. Click edit and paste it in. UserWiki is no longer in use; you can abandon it..

Right, sorry; I was in a hurry, and didn't notice that the file is in your userpage. That said, I still think that the image should be removed since there's no use for it anymore.

Photoshop can easily replace Paint for this particular function. Open the file in Photoshop, then save as JPEG to get a new, separate file.

Hey Xamikaze. As I've asked before, could you change your non-transparent files to JPEG format before uploading them? Most high-res PNG files are at least 1 MB or more, which can severely affect loading times. It only takes around 10 seconds (open file in Paint, save as JPEG), after all.

Well, it is quite apparent that Halo Waypoint is undergoing a lot of changes in recent weeks. For example, we're not able to locate the source for the M41 Extended Light Anti-Aircraft Gun; the source was from Waypoint but the actual source is no longer there.

It's very annoying for such things to happen.

Can't seem to locate the page again. I think 343 Industries has reorganised their website once again and they didn't archive/moved the old page properly. I'll try to locate the pages.

Heh, don't worry; there are no higher-res Halo 4 renders. But I think I'll upload a new version of this image, since the resolution's wrong and the contrast is quite poor. By the way, are you going to make a transparent cutout of the Gauss cannon reference, or are you going to leave it as it is?

I can see how the white parts would make things more difficult. Since the blade follows a straight line, could you link up the two visible "edges" to make a border? In any case, take your time. The sword's the only uncropped image left, anyway.

I think I've screwed up with the cropping for this image. Could you help me re-crop this? The original white background version is on the Press Center site.

Either right-click on the images, or left-click and "open new tab", and it would let you download the file. At least, that worked for me.

The Xbox Press Center, as always. Please use the "upload new version" feature for your transparent cutouts. By the way, could you help me put the images into their respective pages? The site is being flooded with low-res files, and I have my hands full writing deletion notices for them.

Note: I've uploaded the new renders as PNG files, so you can upload transparent cutouts as newer versions instead of new files. I've also adopted your image naming scheme, which is more concise than my own. Hope this helps.

Okay then; I understand. But couldn't you just use the "orb" image that I just uploaded to replace that one? They're practically at the same angle. And do you think this image needs replacing, as well?

Removing this picture from your gallery would also be appreciated - this image has better lighting, and we only need one of them after all.

Alright, I'll do those now. Could you remove this image from your user gallery for me, so that I can put up a deletion notice later? I'll upload the new image here, since the file name is better.

Well, those two images aren't at the same angle as the Aegis Fate pic - I want to make a side-to-side comparison. I can try making a new high-res panorama of the Aegis Fate, but it's going to be difficult without Photoshop.

I've uploaded the Cold Storage shots, as well as around two dozen Reach cutscene screens. I'm trying to take a picture of a Reach frigate at the same angle as this image, but the result is always blurry due to the ambient dust on Tip of the Spear. On which level did you take this shot, which isn't blurry at all? The UNSC Savannah has its name painted on the hull, so it can't be on Long Night of Solace - and I can't think of another level with frigates.

The Reach image of the Longsword isn't even at the same angle, so comparing the two is already pointless. I'm going to take a new version of this image soon anyway, so may be you can use that instead when it's done.

Hey Xamikaze, could you help me with creating a transparent version of this image? The previous version is rather cluttered - cropping should be easier with the new image.

The February 02 Halo Bulletin states that "the real-time export of Halo 3 and Halo 3: ODST data to the web will not be supported on Waypoint". I won't be able to do anything with Halo 2 since it doesn't have Theater; high-quality gameplay screenshots can only be taken in Halo 2 Vista (I don't have the game, but the tools are there). The software I'm using are the Xbox 360 USB Storage Explorer and the Halo Screenshot Extractor.

I have to copy the screenshots to an USB, then use an extractor to get the raw files, then use another extractor to get the JPEGs. It's the only way of getting screenshots now; Halo 3 and ODST File Share isn't coming back - I've checked. On another note, just noticed that the Longsword's tail is clipped by some rocks; I'll try to get a better shot up today.

One more thing - could you stop uploading images in PNG format unless it's a transparent cutout? JPGs are much lighter, but the image quality is the same.

Anniversary doesn't have Theater; I just have HD versions of the trailers from the Xbox Press Center (they're gone now, by the way). On the screenshot system - I've heard that only Reach file share will return when the system goes back online in summer. Is this true? It'll be bloody annoying if we can't take screenshots from Halo 3 and ODST anymore.

That actually reminded me... Remember the mod thing I mentioned? I've seen mods get uploaded on to Bungie.net in the pictures thing, so when the pics come back, you might have better chances of finding a pic by looking for just a modder and not a modder with a capture card. That said, they could get banned for it. But with that said, they could just make one account that will get banned leaving them with their regular account to still play on. It's all moot right now with the picture system out, though.
