According to the Bestiarium, the Sangheli Fleet is ''currently'' engaging in quarantine actions in orbit of Instillation 05. Similar to what we see in Ghosts of Onyx. I was under the impression the Vadumee commanded the small Special Operations fleet to track down and destroy the Flood warship. The Prophet of Regret lead "first wave". Then Retreated in his flagship to Installation 05. The Prophet of Truth lead the "second wave" aborad the Forerunner ship --Will 16:16, 04 January 2007 (UTC)

Yeah in Halo Contact Harvest it states there were "countless vessels" so that could mean thousands of warships.
