A couple of suggestions

What is the rationale for listing 'Vadam's faction as a "colonial" entity alongside the CAA? If anything they're a power at least equal to the UEG and should be listed in the same field. Second, I suggest replacing "Galactic" with "Interstellar" in the "contemporary governments" section. The Covenant was barely spread over one spiral arm and the human sphere is far smaller than theirs; there is a rather clear contrast between humanity's now mostly destroyed 800 worlds and the Forerunners' 3 million, not to mention the latter's ability to properly exert their influence over the whole galaxy. --Jugus (Talk | Contribs) 02:11, 11 August 2014 (EDT)

For 'Vadam, I didn't know the extent to which that government had claimed territories across the galaxy, whether it was on a scale of the UEG across a significant chunk of Orion or a relatively small area of influence of colonies near Sanghelios. Sadly we don't know much about the displacement of their territory to determine that so far. Concerning the titles themselves in the template, I took into account an entity's ability to govern over a large area like the Covenant, and exert influence and project power in the case of the UEG. I used the broader "galactic" as more and more actions post-war are presumably taken place outside Orion. Either will work well, I suppose! Helianthus — All right. Shoot!

I think "galactic" gives the wrong impression when talking about governments. While the UNSC has occupied or explored territory well outside of the Orion Arm, such as the Alpha, Delta and Gamma Halo sites, that doesn't make them UNSC or UEG property, and we have no evidence that the UNSC has colonies outside of the Orion Arm. As for the Covenant, we still don't know just how large their empire actually was, since we get contradicting statements - one moment Sanghelios is the only major world the Sangheili occupy, the next they suddenly have colonies like Hesduros - or how far apart their homeworlds were from each other. For all we know, the Orion Arm is a big enough place for a three thousand year old spacefaring race to inhabit and colonise without encountering humanity until recently.
