UNSC Human Resources

UNSC Human Resources is a department of the United Nations Space Command. One of its subdivisions, Occupational Personality Testing, is headed by Dr. Miriam Baxendale. This subdivision were responsible for testing and recommending personnel for Kilo-Five.^[1]
