Swanbourne

It is the home of the Office of Naval Intelligence's (ONI) Ordnance Testing Facility B5D, who made the Mark VI MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/S variant for the Spartan-IIs [1].
In the 21st Century it was the home of the Special Air Service Regiment, the best special forces unit in the world.
