Sansar was a human colony world. It is notable as being the homeworld of Naomi-010 and her parents, Staffan Sentzke and his wife Lena Sentzke. The colony was glassed by the Covenant sometime during the war.[1] Afterward, a Covenant presence remained in a derelict station in low orbit. At the outbreak of the Great Schism, Jiralhanae and the Kig-Yar and Unggoy serving them were slaughtered in this facility by the Silent Shadow.[2]
