Features

Career (Player Milestones)

  • Player milestones tracks your progress across multiple Halo games, recording your gamerscore for each individual Halo game.
  • Support for milestones will include Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST, Halo Wars, and any associated DLC with future title support as well.
  • There are currently 40 milestones to achieve, with more likely to be added upon release of future Halo titles.
  • You achieve milestones as your gamerscore from Halo games increases.

Career (Player Awards)

  • Halo Awards are medals that the player can earn upon unlocking related achievements across any Halo game. An example of this is the Vehicle Specialist award. Upon completing several vehicle related achievements, this award will unlock.
  • The only confirmed award is the Vehicle Specialist award.
  • Awards are unlocked after a certain amount of pertaining achievements are unlocked. If you continue to unlocked more achievements than necessary, the award will go up in tiers. You begin at tier 1 and as you unlock more related achievements to a specific award, your tier will go up for that award.

Intel (Halo Content)

  • Halo Waypoint will inform fans of the latest "Halo" news and activities, and grant access to exclusive content, including podcasts, trailers, screenshots, trailers, sketchbooks, and exclusive video footage from the ever expanding Halo Universe.
  • Halo Waypoint has also been confirmed to be your select destination for getting your first look at Halo Legends, an upcoming collection of Halo shorts/anime.
  • It has also been confirmed that full episodes will be available on Halo Waypoint. Whether they will be free, one time fee, or rental is still unconfirmed.
