After decades of struggle between the Sangheili and San'Shyuum in the Sangheili-San'Shyuum war, the Sangheili finally accept that they must adapt and study their Forerunner relics or face defeat at the hands of the San'Shyuum.[1] The Sangheili warrior priests reluctantly begin using their relics to improve their warships, arms and armor.[2]
