The Blind Wolf is a Halo creature that didn't make it into Halo: Combat Evolved. It can be seen in the Halo 2 Limited Collector's Edition Disc. The player would have been able to mount it and ride it, but it was removed from gameplay because it was difficult to control. Bungie has stated that the AI encoding was difficult to manage as well.[1]

There is a reference to the Blind Wolf in the Halo 2 level Terminal, when the male announcer says, "A child’s 'My Pet Blind Wolf' stuffed toy has been found. Will the owner please claim it at the lost and found."
