Corbulo Academy, formally known as Corbulo Academy of Military Science, is an officer training school of the United Nations Space Command. [1] The academy is named after the Roman general Gnaeus Domitius Corbulo, honored by an interpretation of his likeness in the school's courtyard. [2] The cadets of Corbulo Academy wear a white service uniform, cut similarly to the Navy officer working dress, with the school's insignia sewn onto the left breast.
History
Attacked

The school was attacked by the Covenant Empire during the war. Locally stationed UNSC Marines provided an initial defense of Corbulo Academy, with the Spartan supersoldier John-117 reinforcing the academy's garrison. Corbulo's officer cadets were caught off-guard by this attack, scattering into the surrounding areas, and many fought against the Covenant in close combat.
