Newsaka is a remote human colony world situated beyond the colony of Draco III. It was the homeworld of SPARTAN-IV recruit Hideo Wakahisa.[1]
Trivia
As evidenced by its only known resident having a Japanese name, the planet's name may be a portmanteau of "New Osaka".
